This center was started in 1983 in Indiana. It is an outpatient psychotherapy practice, providing counseling and psychotherapy for people of all ages and all manner of personal adjustment problems and behavioral health issues.

They serve children, adolescents, and adults and provide outpatient individual, family, and marital therapy as well as chemical dependency treatment. The office has been located on the west side of the town they are located since its inception 27 years ago, making it one of the most stable practices in the area.

The current owner is a full-time therapist as well as three licensed clinical social workers who work one, two and three days per week- respectively. There is also a licensed clinical social worker from a hospital-based employee assistance program onsite one day per week. Three of these therapists pay a flat rate rent; one pays a percentage of what is billed. Each operates their own practice under the umbrella of the centers name. The office manager, who coordinates appointments, billings, and general office organization, works three days per week.
